How do I select a podcast, profile, artist, or other types of Spotify URIs?

Simple! On the desktop Spotify app, right click or click on the “more” button, and click share, then Spotify URI. It should give you a link that starts with spotify:. Paste that on the search bar to apply!

Where does Spotiparel ship?

Spotiparel ships to every country except for the countries we obviously cannot ship to: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Unfortunately, this is due to legal and carrier restrictions and we cannot control this. 

When will my order ship?

We usually take about 2 business days to print your order and ship it out, but we may take up to 7 business days depending on the amount of orders we have. Priority shipping will also get priority fulfillment.

How long does shipping take?

It takes 2–7 business days to fulfill your custom order. Our 2021 average turnaround time is 3 days.
The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, but if they do incur, you will be responsible for paying any dues imposed by your local government. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by you.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

It may take up to 24-48 hours for your order to fully show up on our tracking platforms. If you are still having trouble after 48 hours, please contact us via email, Instagram, or Twitter using the links on our footer.

My order is lost in the mail, what do I do?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address is correct. It would also be good to double check that with your local post office to see what’s going on.

Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address!

Oh no! Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will attempt to edit your order. If it is already being fulfilled or shipped out, you may have to contact the carrier responsible for your shipping and ask them.

Can I return my item?

We do not refund any orders that you return due to buyer’s remorse. However, we will gladly replace and reprint any misprinted or defective items that you receive. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. While it rarely happens, if your item arrives misprinted or defective, we will cover 100% of the expenses.
